I am a Ph.D. student in the GT-Emory-PKU Joint Program. My research focuses on language models, AI agents, and knowledge-guided machine learning for biomedical and clinical applications.
At Georgia Tech, I work with Prof. May Dongmei Wang; at Peking University, I am advised by Dr. Jinzhuo Wang and Prof. Kang Zhang. My recent work includes LLM agents and evaluation, retrieval and knowledge-graph methods, multi-omics and cfDNA modeling, and clinical prediction.

Research
My work sits between language-model methods and biomedical AI. I study how models use external knowledge and evaluate these systems on tasks where evidence and domain constraints matter.
I work on retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent collaboration, dynamic reasoning, and evaluation for language-model systems.
I apply these methods to clinical data, multi-omics and cfDNA modeling, ophthalmology, metabolomics, and biomedical knowledge graphs.
Research
My research is organized around a shared question: how can AI systems use structured knowledge, retrieved evidence, and domain feedback to behave more reliably in high-stakes settings?
Agent workflows, collaborative reasoning, dynamic routing, and memory mechanisms for language model systems.
Retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graph integration, prompt learning, and evidence-aware evaluation.
Clinical prediction, molecular phenotyping, multi-omics integration, cfDNA analysis, and ophthalmic modeling.
Task design and empirical evaluation for AI systems in healthcare, metabolomics, and biomedical reasoning.
